Why does ArmadaCon support Talking Books?
When was the last time you read a new or your favourite book?
Imagine not being able to do so.
In the more than 10 years that we have been supporting this service; we have raised the money to fund the transcription of over a dozen Talking Books.
All the books we had transcribed to date have been science fiction; there are a number of reasons for this.
The first of these is that this is the genre we all love and that we would hope the listeners would enjoy the stories as well.
We hope that listening to these stories, the listeners will be transported to strange new worlds and enjoy the magical feeling that goes with that experience!
This is, why we have and continue to support the Talking Books service.
